TED: Targeting Turkey
Using the Safety Lock System euthanasia may be accomplished with minimal restraint.
1. Remove the subject adapter, if one was used. It will not be needed with the Safety Lock System.
2. Press the nose of the TED on a firm surface to engage the Safety Lock System.
3. Move the TED on target as shown below (within one inch of the top of the head).
4. Turkey's head is steady since there is no contact prior to firing! Pull trigger.
5. Pull out on the knurled nut component of the Safety Lock to reset. Repeat from 2.
