TED is a general stunning platform configured and adapted for the subject.
The TED Dispatch Tool is self-contained, cordless, and lightweight. When loaded with a new fuel canister, the device is ready for approximately 1,000 stuns/kills. The design illustration of the TED nose piece shows the four configurations: 1) turkeys/piglets, 2) ducks, 3) chickens, and 4) rabbits.

Subject Adapters
The subject adapters, shown in black in various sizes, are designed to fit the TED to the subject.
For example, the small bird adapter is used for a chicken or young turkey and has a curved bottom profile that securely locates the TED without interfering with the comb. The turkey, piglet, and rabbit adapters all have a flat bottom profile.
